Five years ago, during a retreat, I had a pivotal 'mirror moment.' I realized I had forsaken the extra parts of myself – the ambitions, the drive. This moment led to a pledge: I quit waiting for the right time and committed to finding and activating the “extra” to my ordinary.

Now, five years on, I'm not claiming to be extra-ordinary by any means, but I am on a quest to discover those extra parts more and more. I invite you to join me on this journey of finding the extra in your ordinary, breathing life into your potential, and embracing a leadership style filled with energy, passion, and resilience, something quite extra-ordinary.
