Dolly Waddell is the dynamic founder of The People Performance Consultancy and a distinguished executive coach with over 20 years of experience.

Specialising in activating both individual and collective leadership potential, Dolly excels in coaching senior leaders and their teams to achieve higher levels of performance. She is known for her high-energy, high-impact, high-fun keynotes, podcasts, workshops, development programs, and coaching initiatives.

Dolly's career spans both the non-profit and corporate sectors, where she has amassed a wealth of experience from operations to luxury retail. She has worked for top brands in engineering, banking, retail, and electronics. She is 6th generation to UK family jewellers, Boodles, and has, behind the scenes, been a vicar’s wife for the past 18 years whilst running a business and bringing up her 4 children. This diverse background informs her holistic approach to leadership development, allowing her to cater to a wide range of organisational needs and challenges.

Certified by Henley Business School in executive coaching, Dolly possesses a diverse toolkit of accredited assessment and psychometric instruments. These tools, combined with her innovative methodologies and cultural linguistics degree, create high-performing leaders and teams who are well-adjusted, resilient, creative, and engaged, which underpin effective business growth.
